We know you don’t refer clients lightly. We understand you want to protect the relationship you’ve built with your client and will always respect and promote it. We’ll treat your referral the way we would want you to treat ours.
How It works

We’ll call the client and learn more about what they need and how we can help. If there is a fit, we’ll let you know, and we’ll make sure we associate you with the client for future reference.

3. You Get Paid!
Realtors Referring OWNERS – $100 for each Owner + $100 for each building put under management during Owner’s onboarding. When Owners elects to sell, we will send them back to the referring Realtor.
Realtors Referring TENANTS – 25% of the total leasing commission (80-100% of one month’s rent) on non-MLS listed property, and 40% on MLS listings for referring a Tenant who signs a year or longer ET Lease. Realtor must be primary point of contact with our office until Tenant formally applies directly with EquityTeam

Why should I park my license with Pinnacle Referral Agent?
Most agents that do not actively engage in real estate sales but hold an active real estate license still come across many opportunities to refer friends, family, and associates to other real estate professionals. By hanging your license with us you can still legally earn a referral commission for just passing on a potential seller or buyer to a more full-time real estate agent.
Can I still have business cards?
Yes, you can still have business cards with our Brokerage Name and all of your contact information.
What are the fees?
The fees are ZERO that is why we designed this program so that a Referral Agent does not have to join the local board of realtors, pay any E&O, monthly dues, NO FEES!
What about a website?
Yes, you can still have a website, however, this program is designed for agents that have decided to pursue other interests but still want to benefit from having earned their real estate license.
What if I want to switch to being a Full-Time Agent?
That is no problem. You can be a full-time agent with our office, however, at that time you would have to join the local board of Realtors, pay E&O Insurance and be responsible for any other expenses related to your real estate business.
Do I have to leave my brokerage to join the Pinnacle Estates Woodland Hills Referral Program?
Yes, you can only be under 1 Brokerage at a time.
What’s the difference between a Pinnacle Agent and a Pinnacle Referral Agent?
Referral Agent does not pay any MLS, Board, E&O or any dues for that matter. They receive a straight 25% referral fee on any sales transaction that results from a referral submitted to Pinnacle Estates Properties Inc.
How do I get started?

How do I submit my referrals?
Upon signing up your dedicated Referral Agent Manager will contact you to introduce themselves and give you all of their contact information so you can communicate with them anytime.
What are my financial obligations to the program?
None. There is only upside of having a professional office you can trust to pay you a referral commission every time there is a successful sale from a buyer or seller referral you submitted.
What if Pinnacle Estates WH isn’t in my immediate area?
We are licensed for the entire state of California. Also, being that everything is done over email and phone you will never need to visit an office unless you want to.
Can I use the referral commission to save money on my own purchase or sale?
Absolutely! Many of our Referral Agents buy and sell for themselves and enjoy the extra savings of the referral commission.
